Dream sets, song suggestions, reactions, and memories you submit must be your own original thoughts. You may not submit content that is harassing, defamatory, obscene, or illegal. You grant Frankenterprise a non-exclusive license to display your fan submissions to the associated band.

4. Limitation of Liability

GigstaPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frankenterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
